Windows 8 is out and we’re compatible. There is one issue you may run into when you begin to install Red Giant products. The first time you launch one of the Red Giant installers you’ll get a “SmartScreen” warning. It will say “Windows Protected Your PC” at the top of this box.
When you encounter this dialogue screen, just go ahead and click “more info”, than click “run anyway”.
Everything should install as normal and our Red Giant products have been tested to be Windows 8 compatible.

Are you sure trapcode suite 12 is compatible with Windows 8 and after effects cs6? Its just I have been getting blank render windows recently but only after about 10 minutes of work using it. Not found the problem source yet so it might not be the suite.

Okay so if we download the windows 7 version in your site and try to install it on windows 8 will it work?? will it run? because like i said on the tabs it dont say windows 8. thats why i am so confused because if you are compatible with windows 8 indeed it would be better, it would stop me from having to downgrade my laptop from windows 8 to windows 7. so please let me know, if i download the one i would install in windows 7 for the windows 8 OS will it work/run??

Joe,
Please make sure when you are installing as a demo, to check the boxes next to the products that you wish to have installed (this should make the word trial turn red).
If the products continue not to show up, please contact our support team so we can take a look at your system: http://www.redgiant.com/company/contact-us/support/
Thank you,
