Our Newsletter & Email Policy

We believe in customer happiness, not hassle. Red Giant does not intentionally send spam! Our desire is to send emails and newsletters only to folks who want to receive them.

Here is how we collect email addresses on our website:

• When you click the "Join Our Email Newsletter" checkbox.
• When you download a free trial version, the download form has a checkbox that says "Check box to receive product updates and monthly specials."
• When you register a product, the registration form has a checkbox that says "Check box to receive product updates and monthly specials."
• When you purchase a product in our store.

Need help unsubscribing?

“I unsubscribed from your newsletter but still receive it.” If you are having difficulty unsubscribing, we truly apologize.

In most cases, we have found that you may have unsubscribed from our list, then downloaded a trial version. The Trial Version page has a newsletter checkbox that is turned on by default. We have recently implemented a solution that should keep this crossover from happening in the future.

You can use the field below to subscribe or unsubscribe from all newsletters. If this doesn't work or you would rather have a Red Giant person take care of you, please send an email directly to ceo [at] redgiantsoftware.com. We will make sure that your issue is resolved immediately.
