About Academic Pricing

Selected Red Giant products are discounted 50% for students, faculty and non-profit organizations. See below to determine if you qualify and how to purchase.

Note: All Academic orders are not sent out automatically, orders must be qualified prior to sending out serial numbers.

Who qualifies for academic discounts?

• University/college students & faculty members.
• High school students & faculty members.
• Non-profit and church organizations.

Government organizations are not eligible for Academic pricing.

What do I send in?

• College students: student ID or equivalent verification
• Faculty discounts (single copy): A letter on University letterhead, school Purchase Order, or ID verifying employment.
• High school students: student ID, an email containing your school name and your grade level, minors need parent or guardian approval.
• Non-profits: Fax a letter on your organization's letterhead including the address and non-profit certification number.

How do I order?

• Fax or email your ID or non-profit certification (fax 260-818-2065 or customerservice@redgiantsoftware.com).
• As soon as you have sent in your verification you may place your order online in the Academic Web Store.
• Your ID will be matched with your order and automatically shipped, if there is a problem you will be notified via email.

Before processing and shipping your product we need to receive and verify your academic or non-profit status. Download orders are NOT shipped automatically as they are in the rest of the store.

Volume school discounts
Substantial discounts are giving for volume purchases to fill labs or classrooms. Contact us by phone, fax or email for a quote!
