How many computers can I install one serial number on?
You may install one license on two systems if one is a desktop and one is a laptop. If for example you need to install on 2 desktop systems then another license would be required.

I've purchased from Red Giant previously but can't seem to access my account.
If you've purchased prior to (May 2008) our new system that allows access to records, then you will not have access to them until you’ve purchased a new product and signed in as a new customer. If you use the same email address, it will attach to your existing records and let you view them.
