I am applying Denoiser II to AVCHD 1920x1080p footagea GH2 camera in CS6 Premier Pro. I realize that Denoiser II has to do a lot of computation to do its thing, but the render times are at least 5 to 6 times longer with it than without it. Any tips that can improve my workflow and speed up this process?

Very noob question but how does that plug in load so fast for you? for even just a preview? Everytime I make a small change, it takes a little while to see the results. :/ If its because of hardware, I would appreciate if you could recommend what to aim for. :) please and thank you.

I need to get a noise reduction workflow. How much of a performance hit is there when Denoiser is enabled? Would it make sense to "pre-process" video through Denoiser II in After Effects, render to new footage, and then bring the processed footage into After Effects when building a composition?

May 2nd, 2012 at 3:35 pmAharon Rabinowitz says:

Shane - Yes. Denoiser is coming to Final Cut Pro X. Stay tuned.

April 25th, 2012 at 5:06 pmShane says:

Like everyone else I wouldto know if this will be coming to FCPX before I spend a money on AfterEffects to run it on?

It´s realy hard to tell the difference by looking at a recompressed mp4 (the Video itself).
I´m shure this is a great plugin, but maybe youre able to post some Still-Images, before and after.
Thanks
