The "draft" switch turns off aliasing. Why not just click that, precomp it, then apply the echo and colorama?

Durolipons: You need to release your layers in Illustrator. Creative Cow might be a better place to ask this sort of question

Hi I was loosly following your tutorial. I managed to import a photoshop file with all the ltext ayers nested as individual compositions. I can't seem to do it again. I've tried all the import options. When I import the file now it nests all the text layers as photshop files. I can only think that its something I doing wrong in photoshop, or maybe Illustrator, as I did some of the work in Illustrator and exported that file as a photoshop file. Hope you can help.
Great tutorial BTW.

back in the other comp -all the effcts are - the text layer is strangely cut out in half screen and the visble text part is mirrowed to the other half screen
like
I am typing LOVE resluting in LOOL.
Nothing worked out as I gradually eye off each layer trying to figure. Any solutions?
