Hi Folks – Yesterday Adobe released Creative Cloud 2014. We wanted to let you know that ALL of our Adobe CC-compatible products are now CC 2014-compatible. That means you can now install Adobe CC 2014, and use your Red Giant products after the update.
NOTE: We originally reported a bug that caused PluralEyes 3.3 to crash during export to Premiere Pro CC 2014. If you previously downloaded that version, we have fixed this and have updated our Shooter Suite 12.4 installer to include version 3.3.4. Get it HERE.
HOW TO UPDATE:
After you have downloaded and installed CC 2014, you will need to update your Red Giant Software installations. Here’s how:
As a general rule (with a few exceptions), we are no longer supporting 32-bit host applications through these installers, and any that come after. Specifically:
Rest assured – If you have these older 32-bit host applications, our software still continues to work there. You can still use the existing plug-ins and reinstall at any time with previous installers. All of the products can be installed for their 32-bit host apps through older Suite installers, which can be found here:support team is here for you.
