As of today, Red Giant is discontinuing BulletProof, our stand-alone application for backup and review of footage, on set. We know this news is unexpected, and that some of you have come to rely on BulletProof in your work, so let us first say that it is our intention to make things right with all of our customers that are affected by this decision. We are truly sorry and will be reaching out to you via email, soon. We have also posted an FAQ with information that may help you further. Why are we Discontinuing BulletProof? Very simply, BulletProof was never a popular product, and, due to the ever changing landscape of cameras and codecs, it required a significant amount of work to keep it up-to-date. Because of that, we’ve decided to discontinue BulletProof, in order to focus our time and resources on the products that matter most to you. IMPORTANT: Though it is being discontinued, BulletProof will continue to function, and we will continue to offer support for the existing version. However, as of today, we will no longer be updating the product. In the meantime, if you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch with Red Giant’s support team. We are here for you.
