We are Ready for MacOS Mojave

Hi folks- Apple just released MacOS Mojave (OS X 10.14). We are happy to let you know that, with a free update all of our current products are compatible.

Trapcode, Magic Bullet and Universe

If you are a customer using tools from current versions of Trapcode Suite (v.14 or later) Magic Bullet Suite (v.13 or later) or Universe, you’ll need to download a free update. See the info below.

Shooter, Effects, Keying 

The great news is that, if you are using current versions of Shooter Suite (v.13 or later) Effects Suite (v.11 or later) or Keying Suite (v.11 or later), your software is already compatible – there is nothing you need to do.

If you are not sure if your current Red Giant installations are up-to-date, follow the instructions below.

The best way to ensure that your Red Giant products will work in MacOS Mojave is to run Red Giant Link and to see if any of your products have an update available (noted with a blue button marked “UPDATE”). If there is no indication of an available update, you are on the current version. You can also choose “check for updates” to be sure.

Alternately, you can also go to the software updates page and download and install the updates manually.

    Love all your FX and Transitions –
    I am on a MAC, running current version of Premiere Pro / AE, etc.
    I updated OS to Mojave a few days ago.
    All my Red Giant / Universe FX / Transitions disappeared.
    Just this morning I went to Red Giant, downloaded update (s)..
    Now only a few of my Universe FX / Transitions show up: RG Universe Motion Graphics; Stylize; and Utilities…
    Weirdly, everything seems to be found in After Effects –
    Without listing everything “missing”, I note the PP RG Universe Stylize Folder only contains 4 FX…
    And No Transitions or anything else beyond the 3 folders I just listed..
    According to my Red Giant Link, I am running Universe 2.2.5 and am “up to date”…
    Yes, I have closed / opened Premiere Pro after installing Update…
    Is this a known issue at the moment??
    I guess I should uninstall / reinstall…?

    NEVERMIND – I just uninstalled and re-installed Red Giant – All appears FINE now –
