Join us every Monday in January as the Maxon Training Team take a deep dive into the Cinema 4D Volume Builder, where you’ll learn how to prepare meshes for 3D printing, develop workflows for sculpting, find out how to use Volumes to make particles, traced splines and fields, and discover multiple ways of using Volumes for Motion Graphics.
Let our expert trainers show you how you can use Volumes in completely new and creative ways, including how to setup and render light and fog Volumes to create Fire, Smoke, and Fog in Redshift.
- Jan 4th: In this first webinar of the series, Darrin and Matt take a delve into the Volume Builder and how it works. Then messing with meshes you will learn how to start modeling with Volumes and also how to ready your mesh for 3D printing. Finally round it off with the use of the Volume Building as part of the sculpting workflow.
- Jan 11th: In the second webinar of this series, Elly and Jonas are going to show multiple ways of using Volumes for Motion Graphics. You will learn how to create Volumes using particles, traced splines and fields as well as using Volume filters to finalize the shape and even create new effects.
- Jan 18th: In the third webinar of this series, Elly and Jonas are going to show you how you can use volumes in completely new and creative ways. You’ll learn how to work with the field force object to create curl noises, organic growth meshes and glowing tendrils.
- Jan 25th: In the fourth webinar of this series, you will see how Elly created a fire simulation using X-Particles and how she exported it for Darrin to use with Redshift. Darrin will also show you how to setup and render light Volumes and fog volumes to create Fire, Smoke, and Fog in Redshift.
