Enterprise Technical Support Representative
Red Giant is seeking an Enterprise Technical Support Representative reporting to the Director of European Sales who is based in the greater London area. The candidate must also be based in the greater London area and eligible to work and live in the United Kingdom. You would also work closely with our Volume Program Technical Support Engineer, who is based in Portland, Oregon.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Red Giant’s enterprise sales team selling the Volume Program. You will be responsible for supporting enterprise and mid-market customers in Europe after they purchase Red Giant software licenses sold by the Volume Sales team. Our customers represent a variety of different market segments including media and entertainment, advertising, post production and education sectors in Europe. You would be joining a small team during an exciting time of rapid growth and be able to make a direct impact.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- In-depth understanding of computer systems and networks
- Good interpersonal and customer care skills
- Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
- Demonstrated independence and integrity in decision making and business judgment
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
- Knowledge of video editing host applications such as Adobe and Avid a plus
