Trapcode Shine has been ported to run as an effect in Premiere Pro CS6 and later.
Trapcode Shine offers the same controls as the After Effects version. With the exception of features that work only in After Effects 3D space, all of the same options and compositing modes that are covered in the Interface section apply to Premiere Pro.
16-bit support in Premiere Pro
The Trapcode Shine filter will support greater than 8-bit per channel output, but you must change the Video Render settings to render using the Maximum Bit Depth option.
